This method of transportation and cutting all manual work except taking out the wax pattern increased the efficiency by up to six times. On our Etype- 4.1 machine that has four injectors three standard stations and one intelligent station we can produce over twelve thousands wax patterns a day, a work that normally requires over twenty injector operators! On our Workstation Etype-1.0 we produce over three thousand wax patterns a day with only one injector operator.
