The intelligent station has a moving table on two axes and can take much larger rubber molds and the sprue entrance can be placed anywhere on the mold face. The system will know to move the table so the hole will be directly in front of the injecting nozzle and a clean injection will be performed. We manufacture a stand alone workstation with one injector and we can theoretically manufacture a machine with an endless number of injectors on a production line, however, in our opinion four is the optimum for a large casting workshop, if necessary it is better to set up two parallel production lines.
